Kirsten.

Hi I’m Kirsten, firstly I’m a mother to two incredible little people; both of who caught my red locks and inevitably the passion and stubbornness that comes with it.

I’m also a Registered nurse with a heart for women and babies and the joy of new life (and the intensity and trials they bring).

I started becoming more interested in photography when I met my husband Taylor back in 2007, and together we purchased a D70 in the summer of 2008. I had no idea what I was doing, and often left it up to him to figure out settings and do editing… But I had a great eye, a vision for composition, and desire to create beautiful emotional images. I have since learned much from my husband and enjoy taking classes to improve my creativity and technical skills.

Taylor.

Hi I’m Taylor, a husband, a father, a journeyman electrician with a knack for ultra-running, and longest of all- a photographer. As a young teenager I started with film and enjoyed finding unique perspectives, textures and subjects. I love the way creativity; science and technology merge together in photography. Currently my interests are in landscapes and the art of printing.  It is my desire to always create excellent authentic quality images, and to constantly be improving.

Us.

Our story includes the 5 long years we longed to grow our family, we went through many many tests, surgery, procedures, but each month brought disappointment. When we finally conceived naturally it was great blessing from our faithful God.

After the birth of our son, and now our daughter, we feel like time is slipping through our hands each day they grow – each day and every stage is so precious. For us, photography stills and focuses on the emotions, textures, moments and ultimately – memories that we never want to forget and are so blessed to experience.

We live in Outlook, Saskatchewan but travel frequently around the province and to the US – let us know if we can still and focus your memories with our art.
